Le Sereno St. Barths
Le Sereno is an intimate beachfront hotel with 39 suites and three large four-bedroom villas, continually ranked in the top five “Best Hotels in the Caribbean” by Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards. The Christian Liaigre-designed hotel introduced a new elevated island experience through timeless elegance and signature understated luxury. Le Sereno draws inspiration from the island and features a contemporary look with an understated décor allowing for relaxed and spacious accommodations. Le Sereno is located at the east end of St. Barth and stretches along 180 meters (600 feet) of sandy beach on picturesque Grand Cul-de-Sac – a marine reserve with turquoise waters on the northern side of the island, protected from the waves by a coral reef.

Le Sereno unveiled its new Coral Restoration Program upon its opening for the 2023-2024 season, aimed at rejuvenating and preserving the vibrant coral reefs surrounding the island. This pioneering initiative, in collaboration with local marine experts, enables guests to actively participate in the conservation efforts.

For guests seeking the ultimate in seclusion and privacy, Il Sereno’s sister property Villa Pliniana, a stunning sixteenth-century Italian Palazzo set only moments from the hotel, is located on an 18-acre waterfront private estate. The property features 17 luxurious bedrooms, a private boat dock, helicopter landing pad, large spa, vast gardens, and premium Sereno Hotels services. Villa Pliniana is the oldest property on the legendary lake; it features soft interiors by Patricia Urquiola and is steeped in a rich history, with visitors that included monarchs, Napoleon, Byron, Foscolo, and Gioachino Rossini, who composed his opera Tancredi in the villa itself.
