Located on Fifth Avenue overlooking the iconic New York Public Library, Brasserie Cognac Américain unveils a new chapter for dining in Midtown Manhattan. Developed by Fabio Granato and Vittorio Assaf, Co-Founders of Serafina Restaurant Group, in partnership with acclaimed chef Michael Lomonaco, the expansive, bi-level restaurant is designed as a refined yet energetic all-day destination.
