Set inside a restored 1833 textile factory, AIRE’s largest New York location spans 16,000 square feet. Newly expanded and reopened, the space preserves original brick, beams, and iron columns, framing four new additions including a Hot Plunge, Cold Plunge, Tepidarium beneath a dramatic skylight, and a second Flotarium. As AIRE’s first location outside of Europe, it seamlessly blends historic architectural character with immersive wellness.

An oasis nestled within a 120-year-old historic building that once served as an art and silver collections warehouse for the Museum of Modern Art. With over 10,000 square feet of curated space, this exclusive sanctuary offers an intimate and elevated experience designed for true disconnection. Vaulted ceilings and loft-style architecture create a serene backdrop for its signature suspended Flotarium—a saltwater bath that appears to float mid-air.
