The Foundation
Rooted in Laurel, Mississippi
Since 2016, Erin and Ben have graced television screens on their HGTV show, Home Town, which aired its tenth season in spring 2025. Off the screen, the entrepreneurial couple has co-founded multiple businesses including Laurel Mercantile Co., Scotsman General Store and Woodshop, Scent Library, Scotsman Manufacturing, and OSPREY, a nonprofit dedicated to their hometown.
Laurel Mercantile Co. is a retail store based in their hometown of Laurel, MS, that sells a variety of American-made wares, artwork, and home goods. In 2018, Erin and Ben created LMCo Home in partnership with Vaughan-Bassett, the largest manufacturer of wooden residential furniture in the United States, crafting a cottage-inspired case goods line made by 600 American workers now sold in furniture stores nationwide.
