The Destination
A Landmarked Property Celebrating Mid-Century Glamour
Built in the late 1950s and designed by world-renowned architect John Volk, The Royal Poinciana Plaza stands today as one of Palm Beach’s most treasured architectural gems. Carefully restored to its original mid-century glamour while remaining true to its retail roots, the property echoes some of Europe’s legendary retail destinations, feeling both modern and fresh yet charmingly vintage.
With 192,000 square feet of luxury retail space, lush, sprawling gardens, and two beautiful courtyards, The Royal offers a unique international shopping and entertainment destination for indulgence, inspiration, and retreat. The property features emerging brands, heritage houses, world-class dining, and vibrant cultural experiences with amenities for both local and international visitors.

New Arrivals & Cultural Experiences
The Royal Poinciana Plaza welcomed several notable additions, blending heritage craftsmanship, art, and elevated dining experiences.
Annual Partnership
LOEWE Surfboard Tree 2025
For the eighth consecutive year, The Royal debuted its iconic Surfboard Tree in partnership with luxury fashion brand LOEWE. The 2025 installation served as an ode to the feline world of British artist Louis Wain, demonstrating LOEWE’s playful, surrealist approach to design and its deep ties to craft and artistic expression.
Cultural Venue
Royal Poinciana Playhouse
The revitalized Royal Poinciana Playhouse features Glazer Hall, a purpose-built theater and civic gathering space designed to host cultural programming, performances, and community events, enriching Palm Beach’s cultural landscape.
Waterfront Dining
Tutto Mare
Palm Beach’s first-ever intracoastal waterfront restaurant offering elevated coastal Italian cuisine with sweeping water views and a vibrant indoor-outdoor dining experience. Designed by Gabby de Felice in collaboration with Bonetti Kozerski Architecture, the space features 12-foot vaulted oak-beamed ceilings and a restored 1950s trompe l’oeil mural featuring caricatures of over 100 actors and celebrities.
Luxury Retail
New Boutiques & Heritage Houses
Recent openings include Rosie Assoulin, Marfa Stance, ScandyCandy, and Cartier, with Bottega Veneta set to launch in Summer 2026, reinforcing The Royal’s position as a destination for discerning shoppers seeking emerging designers and established luxury brands.
