Widely regarded as the man behind the rebirth of rosé, Sacha Lichine created the #1 consumed rosé brand in the world, Whispering Angel. Sacha is a world-class vintner with Bordeaux winemaking heritage which he used to establish Château d’Esclans, the portfolio of some of the world’s first-ever high quality, fine rosés from the heart of Provence in Southern France. Magrino was tasked to communicate this vision, and these assets, to establish the message of category dominance and category creation beginning in 2015.
Our Solution
While his peers considered it unheard of and impossible, Sacha had a clear vision to create a high quality rosé wine. Magrino understood the importance of pushing the quality messaging with the media and trade while executing campaigns and events that exuded an aspirational, chic image and luxury lifestyle.
