Overview
In 2023, Ruffino embarked on a brand transformation with the acquisition of estate vineyards, as well as the development of a state-of-the-art wine cellar and hospitality center. With a goal of effortlessly immersing Ruffino into the high design world,Magrino was tasked with conceptualizing and organizing an event to highlight Ruffino and their rebrand.
Our Solution
To establish Ruffino as the ultimate Tuscan fine wine house and tap into the design industry, Magrino suggested activating during Art Basel to get in front of the right audience. To cut through the noise, Magrino secured a partnership with CULTURED Magazine, a trusted vehicle for discovery at the intersection of art, design, and style.
Magrino oversaw the two-part event ensuring Ruffino was in the spotlight throughout the night. The evening unfolded in a packed cocktail at the Saxony Bar at the Faena Hotel followed by a private al fresco cocktail and dinner hosted at the residence ofartist Rachel Lee Hovnanian.
Results
The night was a huge success with 134 VIPs, collectors, artists, and friends of CULTURED Magazine attending the cocktail hour where guests enjoyed Ruffino wines and passed bites throughout the evening. Magrino secured and contracted two influencer partners, George Coupet and Cass DiMicco for the event, to create on-brand content, and secured 10 media to attend.
Following, an impressive 35 VIP guests such as Katrina Aleska, Art Advisor & Co-Founder at Association of Women in The Arts, Ines Rivero, Model, and Carole Radziwill, Journalist and TV Personality enjoyed a delicious five-course meal prepared by Chef Jeremy Ford.
Magrino secured post-event coverage in outlets including Town & Country, Entertainment Tonight, and US Weekly generatingover 26,000,000 monthly impressions.
