Modernizing Social Content for a Legacy Christmas Pop-Up Bar

Overview

Legacy Christmas pop-up bar chain Miracle was looking to modernize and grow its global social media handles (@miraclepopup) for the brand’s 10th anniversary season (2024). The brand had a strong graphic identity and had seen positive growth on social but had yet to find unique and exciting ways to create video content to compete in a crowded social media landscape. The goal was to create video-first content, increase community management response time, and grow the @miraclepopup social media pages to reach new customers.

Our Solution

In Fall 2024, Magrino began creating monthly content calendars, new community management guidelines, and assisted in the management of on-site video and photoshoots for the brand. Magrino also compiled a curated influencer list to invite to the bar’s New York location, prioritizing those that would be open to posting organic, collaborative Reels with the brand handles. In all, Magrino crafted 50+ social media posts and stories, engaged with 16 influencers, and oversaw the creation of 30+ videos for social.

Results

These improvements across social, influencer, and content creation grew the brand by 13.2k followers, driven by nearly 2 million impressions, 38k engagements, and 20+ pieces of organic influencer content.
