Actress and entrepreneur, Blake Lively had been working behind the scenes crafting the nonalcoholic, sparkling mixers for years. Taste testing each and every sample that came through to create the perfect five flavors that could be paired with any alcohol or tasty enough to fly solo. When the liquid and the packaging were ready for prime time, the team came to Magrino seeking help in launching the brand, Betty Buzz, with Blake Lively at the helm, communicating the clean, lower calorie mixer great taste and versatility of the beverage.

Our Solution

Magrino worked to create a press roll-out for the launch of Betty Buzz that used a virtual cocktail making class with Blake Lively to highlight the brand vision, inspiration behind the products and included her personal anecdotes to land features in outlets speaking to three key audiences: luxury lifestyle, food & beverage, and the drinks trade. Leading up to the launch, Magrino coordinated the shipment of mailers to Blake’s celebrity friends and top tier media. Additionally Magrino handled all components of a lifestyle photoshoot for the brand from the photographer, mixologist, and food stylist for brand new media and social media images of the product post launch.
