Magrino was engaged by Macklowe Properties and Compass to handle public relations for One Wall Street, the largest office to residential conversion in New York City history.
Our Solution
Magrino worked with the development teams to share the story of One Wall Street, from its history and origins as the office of offices of Irving Trust with an Art Deco design by famed architect Ralph Walker, to its current massive renovation. Magrino also focused on building a narrative around the revitalization of Lower Manhattan, tapping into the many notable happenings in the area, to create tell the story of what life will be like for One Wall Street residents. Magrino also leveraged the completed model residences, co-working space, historic Red Room and lobby in many tours with media.
Results
Within one year, Magrino secured 45 press placements and over 250 media impressions. Coverage was secured in outlets including Architectural Digest, Bloomberg, Commercial Observer, Fast Company, Forbes, the Mansion Global, New York Times, The Real Deal.
