BGI Companies came to Magrino to launch Alba Palm Beach, a collection of 55 luxury residences spread throughout a 22-story tower directly on the Intracoastal Waterway, with a private marina for residents. With the strength of real estate market in South Florida market, Magrino positioned Alba Palm Beach as a new way of waterfront living in West Palm Beach through its public relations and social media campaign.
Magrino worked with The Real Deal South Florida on an exclusive to announce the launch of the project, also offering a first look at renderings, coinciding with the launch of the project’s Instagram, which teased out hero renderings.
Magrino secured features across a mix of luxury lifestyle and real estate publications including Forbes, the Palm Beach Daily News, South Florida Business Journal, LX Collection and Real Estate Weekly. On Instagram, Magrino shared exterior renderings and neighborhood content focused on waterfront living and nearby dining, shopping and other attractions to anchor the location.
Within the first 4 months, Magrino secured 10 press placements and over 15 media impressions.
