Magrino worked with JDS Development Group, Property Markets Group, Spruce Capital Partners and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing to open 111 West 57th Street, the highly anticipated new Midtown Manhattan supertall tower, which is rising 1,428 feet above the landmarked Steinway Hall.
Our Solution
Magrino announced the launch of sales with a New York Times exclusive, which ran in advance of a press breakfast event with the building’s architect Gregg Pasquarelli of SHoP Architects and interior designer Bill Sofield of Studio Sofield, to preview the project’s sales gallery, which was attended by 18 media including Architectural Digest, Bloomberg, Curbed, Forbes, Galerie, Mansion Global, the New York Post, Town & Country and the Wall Street Journal. That evening, Magrino coordinated a VIP sales launch cocktail party, which was attended by 175+ top influencers from the worlds of design, fashion, business and real estate. The event included special, luxe food and beverage touches, as well as a special musical performance by London-based pianist Mishka Rushdie Momen.
Magrino continued the launch momentum with an announcement of the building’s first listings exclusive Mansion Global and a Forbes exclusive on the first view images from the tower.

Magrino secured more than 100 million print and online media impressions in top tier luxury lifestyle and real estate outlets on the launch of sales.
