Magrino was tasked with launching the residential sales for Baccarat Hotel & Residences New York, the global flagship for the new hotel brand.
Magrino worked with Starwood Capital Group, Corcoran Sunshine, and Tribeca Associates to coordinate an intimate launch event to unveil the new Baccarat Residences showroom designed by Tony Ingrao.
Magrino leveraged the residential sales launch and event photography, and was able to secure immediate, high-impact press coverage announcing the new development, and generate ongoing media interest and press coverage to maintain buzz for the building post-launch.
Magrino coordinated several events for the project, including the topping-off party, Model Residence Preview Event, an event with YUE magazine, and a high-profile event hosted by designer Tony Ingrao in February 2015.
