Ahead of two new project launches, Tishman Speyer enlisted Magrino for PR and social media support to build buzz about living, working and playing in Long Island City. Magrino was tasked with handling PR and social media for Jackson Park, a trio of high-rise luxury rental towers, as well as social media management for The JACX, a commercial office space nearby.
Magrino worked with Tishman Speyer and Citi Habitats New Developments to launch leases for Jackson Park’s 1,800+ apartments, announcing the name of the project and leveraging the world-class design and amenity partners to secure immediate, high-impact press coverage.
Magrino’s digital team launched and managed the social channels for both Jackson Park and The JACX, establishing each property’s neighborhood-focused digital strategy and brand voice. Magrino captured regular content shoots of Jackson Park and surrounding Long Island City businesses, launched social ads featuring key #HomeOfTheWeek apartments, and engaged with local accounts to further establish both LIC properties.
Magrino announced Jackson Park with an exclusive feature in the Wall Street Journal, followed by securing an extensive exclusive with the New York Post to announce the launch of leases and details about the project’s extraordinary amenity offerings and design. Throughout management of the social channels, Jackson Park’s audience grew by 375% and The JACX garnered 350k impressions on Instagram. Both Jackson Park and The JACX were fully leased by the completion of Magrino services.
