SITUATION

Set to launch Christie’s International Real Estate’s annual white paper, Luxury Defined, Magrino was engaged to reimagine and execute strong media engagement through unique programming and traditional media outreach.

Magrino suggested hosting a media event at Christie’s New York City brokerage office to launch the 2018 white paper, as well as to celebrate the recent opening of the brokerage office. The event focused on the white paper’s research findings and predictions for international real estate in the year ahead. Magrino also coordinated and executed an interactive roundtable with Dan Conn, Erin Boisson Aires, and key real estate, business, and luxury lifestyle media.

STRATEGY

Magrino developed a multitiered approach including broadcast and print exclusives, a breakfast media roundtable, and post-release interview opportunities. In its sixth year, the white paper was not a new company offering, but a highly regarded collection of research that we used to position the brand as a thought leader in international luxury real estate and the overall luxury lifestyle industry.

SOLUTION

As a result of the multitiered approach, Magrino secured more than 303,523,639 impressions including top-tier publications such as Fox Business, Bloomberg Radio, The Wall Street Journal, BNN Bloomberg, Mansion Global, Financial Times, The Real Deal, and Robb Report.
