The relationship evolved to include the launch and ongoing management of the brokerage’s NYC social media accounts
Magrino took an integrated approach, ensuring NYC press coverage and content development were leveraged across traditional and social efforts. Outreach focused on top listings and thought leadership pieces to elevate the profiles of NYC properties and brokerage executives. Magrino developed a digital plan for the brokerage’s Facebook and Instagram channels, including content creation, social advertising, and community management. Content themes included apartment tours and broker features, which Magrino coordinated and produced.
The approach resulted in impactful press coverage of the New York City brokerage, its properties and leadership in outlets including Bloomberg, Fox Business News, the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal. In a single year Magrino gained 3k Instagram followers and 20k Facebook fans, and achieved an 8.39% Facebook engagement rate.
