In January 2015, Magrino was brought on board to promote the launch of sales at Carnegie Park, Related Companies’ latest residential condominium tower in New York City. A rental-to- condo development, Carnegie Park was a priority project for Related Companies. It was originally the first building ever opened by Related founder Stephen Ross.

Since launching the sales phase for Carnegie Park, the residential tower has consistently been ranked the top-selling property in Manhattan throughout 2015, selling 75% of available units in less than 10 months. Magrino secured more than 164,025,223 million print and online media impressions for Carnegie Park.
