Magrino worked with Tishman Speyer and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group to launch sales for 11 Hoyt, Tishman Speyer’s first ground-up condominium project in New York City, featuring more than 480 apartments and 55,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space in downtown Brooklyn.
Magrino teased the launch of the project with an announcement in the New York Post and Curbed in spring 2018. In fall 2019, Magrino secured an exclusive on the launch of sales with The New York Times, highlighting the project’s unique and world-class design partners, amenities, and location. Magrino secured subsequent launch coverage in Curbed, The Real Deal, YIMBY, and Real Estate Weekly. Magrino followed up launch coverage with fall preview coverage in the New York Post, Curbed, and Brownstoner. Magrino also secured significant design and luxury lifestyle coverage of the project, including a four-page feature on the project’s architect, Studio Gang, in the fall 2018 Departures Home + Design issue.
Magrino secured more than 100 million print and online media impressions in top-tier luxury lifestyle and real estate outlets on the launch of sales.
