Since joining Magrino in 2011, Bailey has managed all tasks, projects and functions for multiple clients in Magrino’s consumer and travel divisions including Fontainebleu Miami Beach, Marie France Van Damme resort wear, Cesar Entertainment’s The Linq, brand launches for Hilton’s two lifestyle brands Canopy by Hilton and Motto, The Ranch Malibu, Martha Stewart’s annual American Living Summit & Awards, and Six Senses Resorts, Hotels and Spas. With an in-depth understanding of how to build brand identity through public relations, Bailey has secured high level press on behalf of her clients in a vas array of media outlets including glossy lifestyle and travel magazines, national broadcast, newspapers, top tier online sites and podcasts.
Prior to joining Magrino, Bailey was at THINK PR, where she managed communication objectives for beauty and fashion clients including Desert Essence, Musette, black|Up Cosmetics, Kipling handbags, Sequoia Paris, Bensimon Paris and Wholearth beauty by Danny Seo. Additionally, Bailey oversaw both Fall and Spring fashion week showcases, STYLE360, with Elle magazine, each season securing placement worth more than $1 billion in advertisements. Bailey also planned, facilitated and oversaw publicized events including Tribeca Film Festival gifting suits and after parties, book launches and store openings. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Pennsylvania State University and currently lives in New Jersey with her husband, son Aiden and daughter Lily.
In her free time, Bailey enjoys wandering around art museums, yoga, traveling, hiking and spending time with friends and family.
