Bailey brings over 16 years of marketing communications to her role at Magrino, where she oversees the success of a wide array of clients in the travel and consumer divisions. With an in-depth understanding of how to build brand identity through public relations, Bailey has launched many successful brands and hotels during her tenure at Magrino including Canopy by Hilton, Motto by Hilton, JW Marriott Nashville, Caesar Entertainment’s The Linq as well The Cromwell in Las Vegas.
Bailey has a deep passion for creating and executing smart, compelling programming that delivers media buzz and drives booking.
Current and past agency clients include Six Senses Resorts, Hotels and Spas, Fontainebleau Miami Beach, The Ranch Malibu, SHA Wellness Clinic, Kips Bay Decorator Showhouse, The Royal Poinciana Plaza, Drew Barrymore’s Flower products, Replacements, Smythson, Fortnum & Mason and Kohler Hospitality.
Prior to joining Magrino, Bailey was at THINK PR, where she managed communication objectives for beauty and fashion clients including Desert Essence, Musette, black|Up Cosmetics, Kipling handbags, Sequoia Paris, Bensimon Paris and, Wholearth beauty by Danny Seo. Additionally, Bailey oversaw both Fall and Spring fashion week showcases, STYLE360 with Elle magazine, each season securing placements worth more than $1 billion in advertisements. Bailey also planned, facilitated and oversaw publicized events including Tribeca Film Festival gifting suites and after parties, book launches and store openings.
Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Pennsylvania State University and currently lives in New Jersey with her husband and two children.
In her free time, Bailey enjoys wandering around art museums, yoga, traveling, hiking and spending time with friends and family.
