The Residence at Stony Hill (opened July 2023), nestled on Spring Mountain in Napa Valley, revives a historic winery for a modern era. The Burgess Tasting Room (opened June 2023) fuses over 150 years of grape-growing legacy, regenerative farming innovation, and world-class wine to create one immersive experience. The Founder’s Room, designed in the style of a vintage library, is accessed speakeasy-style through an unassuming shelf that doubles as an entryway. Inside, guests are transported to the pre-Prohibition era – when this historic winery was founded – surrounded by old vintages, historical photos, curated commissioned artwork, and music of the period. Guests who visit the Estate will explore Napa Valley’s first promiscuously farmed vineyard, savor the bounties of the edible tea and pollinator gardens, and taste coveted wine.
The Pavilion by Ink Grade (opened February 2023) showcases a range of single-estate wines from one of Napa’s most prestigious AVAs, Howell Mountain. Ink Grade celebrates the deep connection between winemaking and nature. The Salon at Heitz Cellar offers guests an unforgettable combination of heritage, luxury, and hospitality nestled in an elegant and refined atmosphere. Renowned for crafting Napa Valley’s first cult wines since its founding in 1961, Heitz Cellar is globally recognized as the crown jewel of American wine. The newly introduced The Estate Legacy tasting experience allows guests to delve into the historic estate, winemaking facilities, vineyards, and biodynamic farm. This private one-on-one experience invites guests to savor four library vintages, each encapsulating the essence of Heitz Cellar’s heritage.
