Senior Account Executive, Integrated Client Services

This is an exciting opportunity for a process-oriented, go-getter/team-player who wants to play a meaningful role in client service, supporting the account management of an integrated account team. Previous agency experience in PR and social media combined with an enthusiastic approach to providing outstanding client service is the foundation of this position. Supporting the account lead, you will be the common thread on projects, managing schedules and deliverables on key initiatives. You will have the opportunity to contribute to an implement PR/Social Media programs and tactics, serve as one of the day-to-day client contacts and handle writing tasks for the account. Experience in client service, corporate communications, thought leadership, and executive visibility are essential.

Responsibilities:
• Learn and understand your client’s business, including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services, key customers, and competitors in the marketplace
• Working knowledge of social networks and ability to assist clients with developing strategies and monitoring share of voice
• Manage all tasks, projects, and functions of accounts
• Work within IAT structure
• Assist with implementing, executing and monitoring projects
• Complete communication initiatives
• Apply interpersonal, conceptual, problem solving, consulting and teaching skills
• Edit and ensure the quality of media materials
• Understand the focus and needs of the clients; anticipate client needs in advance
• Initiate, prepare and attend client meetings
• Assist with development of a variety of client materials including timelines, press releases, media alerts, photo captions, client memos, pitch letters, and status reports
• Screen media inquiries
• Call on and track editorial calendars for clients

Education and Experience Required:
• BA/BS Degree is preferred
• 2-3 years minimum experience in public relations
• Experience in thought leadership, executive visibility, and/or corporate communications
• Working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter) as a vehicle for thought leadership
