As the Manager of Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the influencer campaigns across Magrino clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that influencer campaigns run smoothly, and client goals and expectations are met and surpassed. Your responsibilities will include facilitating and growing strong relationships with influencers, conceptualizing and executing influencer campaigns, and providing leadership during strategy reviews, client-facing report presentations and new business meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create content strategy, media planning, and campaign strategies for clients
• Manage influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end, involving strategy development, media planning, testing, execution, and analysis of campaigns
• Optimize influencer campaigns by analyzing results
• Compile, analyze and make strategic recommendations based on monthly social media campaign statistics
• Lead and present strategy and monthly report presentations to clients
• Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to influencer and overall digital marketing
• Be ahead of the curve and implement social media landscape changes immediately for clients
• Provide project management for all client and team deliverables

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of digital agency experience with a heavy focus on influencer marketing
• Strong relationships with influencers ranging from nano, micro, macro and mega
• Understanding of general influencer marketing concepts including branding, marketing, content development and design
• In depth knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Ability to provide creative input and suggest different ways to communicate marketing messages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be comfortable in client and new business meetings
• Must be extremely organized, detail oriented and collaborative
• Must be able to multi-task and effectively manage the timely delivery of work against short deadlines
