The In-House Agency Photographer will report to the Vice President of Digital and will be responsible for servicing the visual needs of the agency and existing agency clients, mainly photographer and videography needs for social media channels. This person will be tasked with developing original photo and video content for the agency and its clients and finding visually creative ways to help amplify existing and potential public relations strategies.


• Concept, storyboard, shoot, edit, and distribute original photo and video, with a focus on social media forward images and concepts
• Develop engaging content for social channels and traditional mediums including original photography and video content for agency clients, as well as the agency’s social media channels
• Lead strategic thinking for visual initiatives and concepts
• Stay current with changes in the creative industry
• Identify opportunities in the creative & visual space that clients can capitalize on and align with
• Work with VP of Digital to edit photo/video rate card and scope of work for new and existing clients
• Source and manage supplemental freelance talent as necessary
• Pitch agency’s creative offerings in new business meetings
• Independently identify potential client opportunities
• Assist with any digitally creative content needed at the agency


• Expert knowledge and application of photo, video, and audio equipment as well as editing software
• A passion for all things creative, including new trends and up and coming visual mediums
• An understanding of social media and the type of content that performs best on different platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to carry minimum of 20 lbs. of equipment
