Digital Account Supervisor- Social/Influencer

As the Digital Account Supervisor, you approach everyday strategic decisions from both a creative and analytical standpoint. You will be responsible for ensuring that campaigns run smoothly and client goals and expectations are hit and surpassed. Your responsibilities will include facilitating and growing strong client relationships and providing leadership during strategy reviews, client-facing report presentations and new business meetings.

• Create content strategy, media planning, and campaign strategies for clients
• Manage social media marketing campaigns end-to-end, involving strategy development, media planning, testing, execution, and analysis of campaigns
• Create Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter posts
• Utilize content tools such as Canva and Planoly to lead the creation of dynamic content with moving imagery/animation
• Optimize social media posts by analyzing results
• Manage social advertising activities, including dynamic campaigns (clicks to website, fan acquisition, etc.) and boosted post strategy
• Compile, analyze and make strategic recommendations based on monthly social media campaign statistics
• Create shot lists and work directly with photographer to direct social media photo shoots
• Lead and present strategy and monthly report presentations to clients
• Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to email and digital marketing
• Manage influencer partnerships, owning activities such as list development, pitching, monitoring, budget allocation, and reporting
• Be ahead of the curve and implement social media landscape changes immediately for clients
• Manage Community Manager, training team members as applicable
• Provide project management for all client deliverables


• 4-5 years of digital agency experience
• Must be comfortable leading client and new business meetings
• Understanding of general marketing concepts including branding, marketing, content development and design
• In depth knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Houzz and LinkedIn
• Familiarity with social media tools such as Canva, Planoly, Iconosquare, Facebook Business Suite, and Sprout Social
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics, as well as how they can be leveraged on social media
• Ability to provide creative input and suggest different ways to communicate marketing messages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be extremely organized, detail oriented and collaborative
• Must be able to multi-task and effectively manage the timely delivery of work against short deadlines
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs
