As the Digital Account Manager, you approach everyday strategic decisions from both a creative and analytical standpoint. You will be responsible for ensuring that campaigns run smoothly and client goals and expectations are hit and surpassed. Your responsibilities will include facilitating and growing strong client relationships and providing leadership during strategy reviews, client- facing report presentations and new business meetings.


  • Create content strategy, media planning, and campaign strategies for clients
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns end-to-end, involving strategydevelopment, media planning, testing, execution, and analysis of campaigns
  • Create Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter posts
  • Optimize social media posts by analyzing results
  • Compile, analyze and make strategic recommendations based on monthlysocial media campaign statistics
  • Lead and present strategy and monthly report presentations to clients
  • Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related toemail and digital marketing
  • Be ahead of the curve and implement social media landscape changesimmediately for clients
  • Provide project management for all client deliverables


  • 3+ years of digital agency experience
  • Must be comfortable leading client and new business meetings
  • Understanding of general marketing concepts including branding, marketing,content development and design
  • In depth knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter,Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Houzz and LinkedIn
  • Ability to provide creative input and suggest different ways to communicatemarketing messages
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be extremely organized, detail oriented and collaborative
  • Must be able to multi-task and effectively manage the timely delivery of workagainst short deadlines
  • Great cross-team communication skills. Ability to communicateeffectively to business, artistic and technical people
