The position of Digital Account Executive reports to a Digital Account Executive or higher level employee. The primary responsibilities are to, in some cases, be a daily liaison between Magrino and client, to implement digital strategy and tactics, oversee digital communities and platforms, create content calendars, and manage influencer partnerships.

Specific responsibilities may include:

• Act as client point person and oversee efforts of the digital account support team (Intern, Community Manager, etc.)
• Work alongside team to create and implement effective social media strategy and campaigns for clients
• Serve as project manager on social media deliverables for clients, ensuring they are completed on time
• Monitor digital communities through social media listening and target audience analysis
• Implement day-to-day social media tactics, including developing and posting content
• Create influencer lists and lead outreach efforts for influencer partnerships
• Understand the focus and needs of the clients; anticipating client needs in advance
• Create, launch and monitor social advertising campaigns across platforms
• Research and identify new social media tools that the digital division and clients should be implementing
• Spearhead monthly reporting and update ongoing strategy as needed
• Understand client products/positioning
• Develop leadership/mentoring skills
• Initiate, prepare for and attend client meetings
• Align with the PR team as needed for meetings, strategy build, brainstorms, etc.
• Edit written materials for quality control, attention to detail, etc.

Education and Experience Required:

• 1- 2 years minimum experience in social media
• BA/BS Degree
• Requires strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize while simultaneously working on numerous projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail oriented and results driven
• Ability to spot digital trends and integrate into social media efforts to keep accounts current in the digital landscape
