As a Magrino Associate Account Coordinator you will gain valuable experience within the Public Relations and Media industries.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

• Updating critical media lists which will provide you with the opportunity to familiarize yourself with key print, online and broadcast media contacts spanning various categories including but not limited to: travel, real estate, food, spirits, wine, consumer, and events businesses.
• Provide public relations support for account services teams including: assisting with mailings, creating clip books, media monitoring, maintaining media lists, developing and tracking editorial calendars, monitoring press coverage, writing press releases, conducting research and assisting with media outreach.
• Understanding and familiarization with all steps and levels of event planning including concept development, venue research, invitation creation, event décor, catering selection, list management, RSVP management and night-of-event experience.

Job Title: Receptionist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The position of Receptionist reports to the Administrative Coordinator. The primary responsibilities are to maintain general organization of the office as well as greeting guests and answering and directing phone calls and messages.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Manages the conference room schedules for all meetings, including setting up food and beverage needs.
• Clean up and re-set conference rooms when meetings finish.

Job Title: Digital Vice President

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Executive Vice President of the agency, the Vice President-Digital is expected to lead and implement digital & social media PR services to clients. The candidate will bring depth of experience in account management and a consultative business development approach that supports full integration of digital and traditional PR teams and capabilities across the agency. The VP-Digital is responsible for:

• Provide strategic counsel, guidance and leadership to clients and staff in the areas of social media strategy, content strategy and analytics
• Manage digital specialists in the areas of community management, influencer relations, social media audits and content creation
• Lead digital elements of new business pitching efforts
• Work as part of integrated account teams, infusing digital elements such as paid amplification, SEO and analytics into PR programs
• Continually develop and build relationships with social media influencers and digital media contacts
• Maintain relationships with senior-level client contacts and internal contacts

S/he should have strong leadership qualities including superb people management skills. S/he should be able to attract, motivate, empower, coach and retain staff. Abundant experience interfacing with senior level clients
• Impeccable communication, grammar, presentation and writing skills
• Should demonstrate an expertise to answer all digital questions immediately and unaided and an ability to think ahead for a client and for the business overall.
• Must be an experienced leader with the ability to effectively manage a large team
• Strong understanding of analytics, including Google Analytics, owned social channel metrics, experience conducting social media and/or search engine audits and competitive analysis

Strong media relations skills, previous agency experience combined with an enthusiastic approach to providing outstanding client service is the foundation of this position. The primary responsibilities are to liaison between Magrino and the clients, to implement PR programs and tactics, serve as one of the day-to-day contacts for both the media and clients, and handle many of the writing tasks for the account.

As the Digital Account Manager, you approach everyday strategic decisions from both a creative and analytical standpoint. You will be responsible for ensuring that campaigns run smoothly and client goals and expectations are hit and surpassed. Your responsibilities will include facilitating and growing strong client relationships and providing leadership during strategy reviews, client-facing report presentations and new business meetings.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

• Create content strategy, media planning, and campaign strategies for clients
• Manage social media marketing campaigns end-to-end, involving strategy development, media planning, testing, execution, and analysis of campaigns
